Golf Khao Yai
Not many people know about golf in Khao Yai, but it has some of the best golf courses in Thailand. There is very little to do in Khao Yai, so this is the golf purists ultimate golf hoiday destination. The new Kiriyama Golf Resort is the best in Thailand, and even if you don't stay here, a round of golf here is a must of you're in Khao Yai. The other golf courses in Khao Yai are a little run-down and worse for wear, but overall they're not bad, especially for what you pay (not much). Khai Yai would be a good break from Bangkok and is reachable in about two and half hours from Bangkok. Apart from Kirimaya, the service is very local so don't expect too much pampering on you golf holiday to Khao Yai.
