Suwan Golf & Country Club

Opened in November 2005, Suwan has quickly established itself as one of the best courses in Bangkok. Had problems with the greens in the early years of opening which prompted a change in 2009 to a new type of Bermuda grass called 'mini verde' which is now established and the greens are as good and as fast as they should be. Impressive large clubhouse that be used for conferences, weddings etc. Well stocked pro-shop with a large putting green and chipping area at the front of the clubhouse. The practice area is a short cart ride away but the quality of turf is poor.
Why You Should Play Suwan Golf & Country Club
Very good value green fee, especially in midweek. Already hosted the Asian Tour International for two consecutive years and sure to be a regular tournament host in future years. Interesting and challenging with one or two quite severe undulating greens but plenty of water and very good championship layout.
