Since being completely flooded and underwater in the middle 1990's, Bangkok Golf Club has made a continual series of improvements that now make the course one of Bangkok's most successful.
There is a hotel, training center and fun little nine-hole Par 3 plus night golf on the championship course.
In terms of rounds, the course is definitely one of the busiest in Thailand, but to its credit, the pace of play is usually not a concern.
The Par 5 9th has been rated as one of the best 500 holes in the world by Golf Magazine in America and hosting the 2003 Volvo Masters of Asia further added to the course designs credibility.
Why You Should Play Bangkok Golf Club
The management actually know what they are doing here, and have put in a lot of effort to attract golfers from all over the world.
This is one of Bangkok's most popular courses and is kind of the "rock" in Bangkok golf.
Look out for the goat farm adjacent to the 3rd tee off and the big ugly looking birds (dont get too close or they'll attack you).
Over 10,000 rounds are played each month and it attracts some newer golfers so don't play this course if you're in a hurry
